SHIPPING COST
We offer free deliveries on all orders.
What carriers do you use?
We use Royal Mail as our carrier.
Do you do next day delivery?
Due to the nature of our products we unfortunately cannot offer next day delivery. We aim to get your order to you in 2-5 days.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Unfortunately we only ship within in the UK at the moment.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your order on the carrier's website.
How to get order history?
You will need to login in to your personal 101 account and navigate to 'my account' and then 'my orders'.
Can shipping address be changed after the order is placed?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we cannot alter the delivery address. If you have any queries please email support@101exclusive.co.uk.
How do garments fit?
We consider our garments to have an oversized fit.
When will I receive my refund?
You should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse. If you haven't received your refund in the time-frame, please email support@lolexclusive.co.uk and the team
How do I track my return?
Once you have returned your item you should receive a tracking number from Royal Mail which you can use on their tracking website.
Can I exchange my garment for a different size?
Due to the limited number of designs we cannot always guarantee exchanges will be possible. We will do the best we can to exchange your product but if it is not possible we will process you a refund
